May1st, 2020 - Deadline for applications
May 15th, 2020 - Notification of abstracts acceptance
August 15th, 2020 - Deadline for submission of papers
September 1st, 2020 - Notification of paper acceptance
September 15th, 2020 - Final program of the Congress
October 8th, 2020 - Congress opening

REGISTRATION OF PAPERS
Authors should apply with proposals that contain:
- Author’s name, last name, title, affiliation, e-mail and address for correspondence
- Working title(s) of the paper(s)
- Abstract containing no more than 200 words in English Important notes:
- Applications should be sent electronically to: congress.mvm@kg.ac.rs
- Papers must be written in English.
- Papers will be reviewed by the International Scientific Board.
- Number of papers per author will be limited.
- Congress proceedings will be on CD.
- Selected papers that are presented at the Congress will be proposed for publication, depending on the topic, in the International Journal "Mobility & Vehicle Mechanics".

PARTICIPATION FEE
Participation fee: 100 € (equivalent value in RSD)
Participation fee covers the costs of: Paper
proceedings on CD, conference material and official
dinner.
